Remapped `jkl;` to `hjkl` like vim.

``Mod + c`` → horizontal split (think center split)
``Mod + End`` → power menu
``Mod + Space`` -> toggle between keyboard layouts
``Mod + Shift + F`` -> toggle floating
``Mod + Shift + \`` -> move to scratchpad
``Mod + \`` -> show scratchpad
